Here are some pictures I've taken in Diego Garcia. I'll put up more as I get them.

Here is a pic of a crab I saw on the beach. These crabs are everywhere. They are protected on the island so we can't kill them.

This is a pic of Turtle Cove. Sorry I didn't see any turtles - so I couldn't take a pic of them.

This is a pic of my room.

This is the sticker on the outside of my room.

This is a the entrance to the Chief's barracks.

Here the sign before you go in.

This is where I work - The Naval Media Center. We run the American radio and television channels on the island.

Here is me outside of my office.

Here is the sign on my door in case you wanted to know what it said.

This was a giant crab crawling under some stones. It's hard to really see how big that thing was from the pic. Take my word, he was scary.

This is a donkey. "Stay here donkey."

This a a plant on the island. I have no clue what it is. It was kinda pretty if you like that sorta thing.

This is at the old plantation. It's a beautiful place to visit. It's on the opposite side of the island from where I work and live.

Here is the chapel at the old plantation.

This is the main house at the old plantation.

Here is another pic at Turtle Cove. Still no turtle.

This is me standing by an old WWII PBY Flying Boat.

It was damaged in a storm during the war and was left here.

This a the backside view of the wing.

One more pic for the road.

Here is the gang I hang out with in our lounge. Yes, Brits and Yanks can get along.

Here is the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) and North Carolina flags hanging in the lounge.

This a the BIOT Police truck caught in a heavy downpour. We road in that to the Plantation.
